Q: I have a classic ipod; 160 gB; either 6th or 7th generation. Works great except headphone jack is unreliable and often the output is to only one channel. Do you still offer repair on the jack? If so, I will ship mine off to you. I have it largely filled with music, and that is why it is so important to me. I am assuming you do NOT need to wipe the hard drive and remove my music.
