Q: I have a 6th gen iPod touch I bought in may of 2016 from Apple.com. Recently the unit has started to delaminate to the point the home button has fallen out. Upon closer inspection, the battery appears to be swollen, which I have read is an actual thing. The nature of the battery prevents the phone from being reassembled. This symptom was not detailed on your website, so I thought I would contact you to see what something like this would cost. Thank you.
