Possibly. Send it in under the free iPod Touch 4th gen diagnostic; we'll test it and tell you whether we can get it running long enough to pull the music and photos, then quote before any work. Water damage doesn't always cooperate, so no promises until we see it. No bench fee if you decline, just return shipping.
