Q: I have 2 IPod Classics, I do not know what generation they are. One is 80 GB Black, the other 120 GB Silver. Both have a Big Red X Contact Support on the screen and clicking sounds. Can I ship them to you to take a look at please?

Yes, the red "X" and clicking sounds are usually indicative of a hard drive failure. You can ship them to us, and we'll diagnose the problems for you.
