Q: I had my surface pro 4 screen repaired. After service it now fuzzies or fluters. They say it is a CPU chip that gone bad. It starts to flutter after it has been on for 10 to 20 minutes. It did not do this before I cracked the screen. Sometimes the TOUCH property does not work where i can navigate. I think it is a bad screen replace or poor installation. mY QUESTION IS this a CPU issue. or a LCD . Please contact me. 402-505-2907 Lonnie Simmons
