Q: I had my iphone 6 in my pocket and jumped into the pool and i put it in rice for 48 hours but it did not respond, My worry is that i have just had it sitting on my dresser for quite a few weeks Is that repairable and have you had yhis situation before?

Hi Josh, yes, we have seen and repaired many phones in this situation. You will only be charged for successful water damage repair service if we can power on the device to the point of being able to retrieve data. We recommend that you send the device in as soon as possible. The longer it sits the more damage can occur.
