Q: I had changed my iPod Touch 6gen screen and I guess the battery got messed up so when I changed the screen again (cause I broke it again) it will not fully turn on. I plug it in and it goes to the apple screen and then just to a black screen but its lit up. If I purchase this repair service, is it ok that I do not have the screen glued down because it would be easier to take apart since the screen is not fully glued on? I just changed it a few months ago and also am I going to lose any of my data i.e pictures, videos, music etc.? I was never able to back it up because it had broke. Thank you for your time.
