Q: I had 2 questions, first of all what is the insurance that we have an option to purchase for. The second question i had was what would i have to ship with my Macbook, do you guys need the charger or is the computer alone alright?

Hi Ricardo. You can purchase additional shipping insurance for any amount that you would like to cover your device. When you ship your device we recommend that you do not send it with a charger. We have them. Just send us your computer.
