Q: I found an ipad that was thrown out because it had a lot of water damage to it. I think a lot of the water damage might cause parts of the system to be replaced is that an extra cost from the $60?

Hi Julia, yes if the cleaning itself does not repair it there will be an additional charge for the parts that need to be repalced.
