Q: I dropped my iphone in water and put it in rice and won't turn on . How will this process work if I do it woul I send you the iphone or go to a local shop ?

Hello, You can either use our mail-in service or bring it to one of our walk-in locations. The mail-in service is quick and simple. Just select the service you need, proceed through the checkout, and our system will send you a label to send it to our repair center.
