Q: I dropped my iphone 5s into the river about 6 days ago. It was in a brand new defender otterbox which isnt water proof of course but maybe it helped keep some water out, but I had to jump into the water to get it. Due to it being at night it took me around 5 minutes to find it. When i pulled it out it was still on and handed to my friend who was on the dock but when my friend pulled it out of the case to clean it it turned off. I tried to turn it it on not knowing this could mess it up. I put it in rice for 96 hours but it still didn't work. Do you think theres a possibility of it being repairable or am I out of luck.
