Q: I dropped my iPhone 12 and the screen went black. I’m still getting notifications, it did not crack, but it is not lighting up anymore. I need to know if this is liquid display damage and how much I’m looking at cost wise to get it fixed.?

This does sound like LCD damage which requires an LCD assembly replacement, but of course we'd have to fully inspect the device first to make sure nothing else is involved. Diagnostics are free. The current price for iPhone 12 LCD replacement is $209 (current as of Aug 2023). This repair comes with a 1 year warranty that covers all but accidental damage.
