Q: I bought an iPhone 5S 32 gb unlocked about a month ago. Sometimes it has lost its sim signal. It was saying searching in place of signals for sim for about a day. Then I reset the phone from settings by tapping the option erase all data and all setting. After that the phone does not activate. It's saying activation server is temporarily unavailable and connect to iTunes. When I connected it to iTunes, it's saying there is a problem with your iPhone. It's still saying searching even though there is no sim in the tray and during the activation process when I click the i on the lower right side of screen it doesn't show any IMEI number. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
