Q: I believe the headphone jack on my iPod Nano, 7th gen is faulty since I am only hearing one audio channel of my music through both ears of two different sets of ear/headphones . I see you offer this repair service and would like to send my unit it. If I pay for the headphone jack repair service, can you tell me what happens if the fault is not with the jack? As a separate question, since the unit will already be apart for this repair, how much extra would it cost to install a new battery? My original battery still holds a charge but I might consider a replacement if it's cost effective to do so. Thank you.
