Q: I am trying to purchase the repair for my ipad 12.9 pro 4th generation. I need a charging port repaired. in the cart it does not provide the shipping label for the information to be sent to you for repair. Hi Michelle, after beginning the checkout process, it will first ask for your customer information. Then it will proceed to the shipping options. You will have your choice of a few different shipping speeds. Once you complete the checkout, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Sometimes these emails end up getting filtered so if you haven't seen it after a few minutes, check your spam folder, please.
