Q: I am pretty sure there is something corrupt with the ipod (7th gen 160 GB) hard drive. I have run all diagnostics on my end and it starts up and looks like it;s going to work but will not connect to apple music. If it is a bad hard drive do you guys replace them (perhaps with a SSD)? And if it is the hard drive do I get charged for the diagnostic text?
