Q: How much would it cost to fix my mac air from water damage? One day, my mac air stopped turning on so I sent it to apple support and they have said that I have a water damage on the logic board. Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't. Most of the times, it doesn't even turn on. When it turns on, it says that keyboard is not connected and trackpad does not work either unless I put wireless mouse usb in it.

The water damage service basic cleaning for the MacBook is $59.99. This price is only due if we are able to power the device up to the point of data retrieval. If we are unable to power it up and retrieve data, there is no cost for the repair (however, mail-in customers are responsible for shipping). If we are able to repair the device by replacing components, those will be quoted separately and your approval will be required before we proceed with completing the repairs.
