Hello Elijah, water damage repair first begins with a thorough cleaning and drying cycle which may repeat several times. If this allows us to power up your device and retrieve data, the charge is $49.99. If any other parts or labor are required to get your device powering on, you will be quoted separate prices for those. Approval is always required before we proceed with additional repairs. If we are unable to power up your device and access your data, you pay only shipping as a mail-in customer (walk-in customers pay nothing). We hope this helps!
