Q: how much is repair for Surface (second generation) and attached keyboard that had ceiling water drippimg on them all night? Are you qouting $59 for labor only, or are any parts that need to be replaced included? right now both items are buried under uncooked rice ( I don’t know if that works or not, it’s the only thing that came to mind. you can see water through the screen (off, haven’t powered). thanks José Nieves jose@nieves.me

Hi Jose, the $59.99 charge is only for water damage cleaning. If there are any parts that need to be changed after the cleaning we will be calling you with a quote first.
