Q: how does this work? when will I get my iPhone back? how long will the repair take? how do i know you won't steel my phone?

Hi Amanda, You would select the service that you need, add it to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. Once you've gone through the checkout, you'll receive a UPS shipping label in your email to send it in with. The repair time on a water damaged phone is about a week. We are in the business of fixing phones, not stealing them. We carry an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau, have been in business for over 5 years, have 10 locations, and have fixed hundreds of thousands of devices.
