Q: Hiya! I have an ipod shuffle 6th gen. I think the battery needs replacing. when it's plugged in, it works, but not when I disconnect the cables. Also, I have it full of music and would like to pull the tracks onto my mac. Should I do this prior to sending in to you? I don't want to lose it.
