Q: Hi there, I have an issue with my iPad 6 (model A1893) - it's no longer charging when connected to power. The problem seems to be the charging port or battery, as it's able to boot without issue. Unfortunately I didn't get all the data off of it I wanted to before it died, so I wanted to make sure that if I send it to you for repair that under no circumstances would anything be done to it that would cause me to lose the data on it - can you confirm that?

Hello, we wouldn't touch the data without your approval. We'd recommend sending it in for our diagnostic service for your iPad 6. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
