Q: Hi, On my MBP some of the keys do not light up, only 7 of them light up fully. I can see the light under my keyboard but it's not shining through the keys. Is this necessary if some of the keys on my keyboard don't light up, but everything else on the mac works fine? Or is there another way to get all my keys to light up again?

Hi. The back light is a single sheet, which sounds like it is damaged. In order to fix the issue you are having the part will most likely need to be replaced.
