Q: Hi, my phone slipped out of my pocket into the toilet. But it has been a little over a month since that has happened is it repairable and is the insurance required because at the check it said the order was free but was curious if the was an insurance pay. Also I chose the water damaged option for my iPhone6.

Hello, Chances are we can fix it, regardless of time passed since it was liquid damaged. The insurance is for the shipping. Shipping insurance covers the device should something happen when it is in route to our warehouse. Once we see the device, we'll be able to assess it, and quote you for the cost of repair.
