Q: Hi, my ipod froze the other day. I attempted to reset it, but it required a full restore. When I plug it in, pull up itunes, and attempt to restore it however, it fails halfway through the process and gives me a 1429 error. Can you all restore my ipod/get the software downloaded back onto it? Thanks!
