Hi, my ipod froze the other day. I attempted to reset it, but it required a full restore. When I plug it in, pull up itunes, and attempt to restore it however, it fails halfway through the process and gives me a 1429 error. Can you all restore my ipod/get the software downloaded back onto it? Thanks!

A 1429 error mid-restore usually means the hard drive is failing, not the software. Send it in under the free diagnostic and we'll confirm and quote before any work. If it needs a new drive, the music has to be reloaded from your library afterward.
