This page is for the iPad Mini 2, so the $99 price doesn't apply to a Mini 5. Send yours in under the free iPad Mini 5 diagnostic instead; we'll quote the screen and home button after testing and you approve before we bill anything. We have no location near 60504. Our stores are in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and everyone else mails in with the prepaid label we email.
