Q: Hi if I decide to use your service, do I just mail in the ipad 4 to you? I'd like to know in case you could not fix it and mail it back to me. How much will I be charged? Also, is it faster to mail the ipad or go to one of your stores? Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi there, If you are near one of our stores, we recommend bringing it in. If you are not, our mail-in service is a great alternative. You would select the service you need on our website, proceed through the checkout. You will then receive a shipping label. Print that out and send it on in. Once we receive the iPad, we'll contact you with a quote for repair. Please let us know if you have any questions, we'll be happy to help you out.
