Q: Hi, I spilled juiced on my laptop about a week ago, i turned it off before it could shut it off and turned it over while juice started to spill out of it, i then put it rice because i was panicking and thought that would help. I let it sit for 5 days, no use at all and today i turned it on and it works completely fine, the only problem is i hear a clicking sound under the keyboard, and a majority of the keys will not light up, however they can be typed on just fine. What should i do?

Hi Taylor, we would recommend sending it in for our water damage repair service. It is very important to clean and remove any of the juice from the logic board and the components. The clicking sounds like a failing hard drive. As for the keyboard with sticking keys and the backlight not functioning properly, that can be fixed with cleaning or replacement if cleaning does not fix the issue.
