Q: Hi, I spilled half a glass of water on my Macbook Air 2012 model yesterday and I did all the things which you said not to, such as not turned off the Mac immediately (it turned off itself within 2-3 minutes), tried to get the water out by pressing the buttons and dried, had the charging cable connected all night, and tried to turn it on a couple of times. Can my Mac Air be fixed?? Before this happened, Mac indicated that the battery needs to be serviced (more than 1000 battery cycles were completed since I bought). If I sent it to you for water damage repair service, do you also replace the battery? How much additional cost would you charge for battery replacement? Thanks a lot!
