Q: Hi. I have an iPhone 7 plus and something is wrong with it. Whenever I try to turn it on it repeatedly goes on and off and on. I brought it in to two different repair shops and after inspecting it they said that it might be the battery or it might be water damage but they don't know for sure and they don't know how to fix it. Would yous be able to fix it? Roughly how much would it cost?
