Q: Hi I have an IPad Pro model A1876 whose charging port stops working (at least I think that is the problem). Do you repair that? Thanks, Sean

In most cases, repairs are minimal; however, if we see that your Surface Pro has suffered additional damage, we'll inform you immediately before proceeding. If we find out that more work is needed, we will send you an email before we proceed. This way, you can decide whether you want to go ahead with additional repairs or not.
