Q: Hi, I have accidentally spilled beer on my room mates's Mac air, we cleaned it up from outside kept it upside down on charge for whole night. Dried it up in sun for next whole day and took it to Apple Store ,they said it's a water damage and all components are gone including charger. Just for the repair they asked for $900 around excluding charger. I am totally broke and the owner of the Mac air is killing me to buy her new one. I would like to know how much could I expect for such a damage and also apart from 90 days warranty do you guys have extended warranty for a year or so in case components stops working after 90 days ?
