Q: Hi, I have a ipod nano gen 5 that will not turn on unless i have it plugged in with a charger (newly purchased). Everything works except there is a malfunctioning problem with selection on the screen. I can use the wheel but when I click on a song, it will malfunction and turn off the screen; sometimes it will sing for 0.02 seconds and then turn off. What is the problem? Can I send in the product?
