Q: Hi. I have a 5s. It wont boot up when i hold the power button or when I force restart, nothing but a blank screen.But when I plug it in and open Itunes, I immediately get a message that itunes must download an ios update. AFter downloading the update, and ituens attempts to install it, I get an error 4005. Prior to this happening I was getting the phone to boot up and be useable for random intervals at a time. It would work for a bit, then suddenly go blue and get this white and black vertical lines across the screen. I was going to replace the battery, but is it possible the logic board is bad. If that is it, what do you charge for a logic board replacement? Thank you for any advice and answers.
