Q: Hi, I have a 2nd generation A1288 iPod. It does not charge anymore so I am hoping it’s the battery. I have a lot of music on it and unfortunately cannot get it on my apple account. Do you have to erase any info or reset the iPod? Hopefully not as I would need that not to happen to get the music back. Also when mailing do I need to include anything other than the phone and my info? Thank you.
