Q: Hi -- I have a 17" 2011 Macbook Pro (Serial Number: C2QFR1WTDF92) and am having the documented problem where I can no longer boot up. I am wondering if you can repair the logic board, or upgrade it to the 2012 motherboard which does not have the same problem? I've heard the upgrade is possible, but I think it was with a 15" model. Please let me know if this is possible and if you can do it, or repair the motherboard? Thanks, Bruce
