Q: Hi, i dropped my iPhone 5s into some water a few months back and sent it to get professionally cleaned and IT worked for a couple of months. I left it on charge during the night and it didn't switch on afterwards. I have replaced the battery as well. Can you give me an clue to what you think is wrong and whether it is reparable because it looks like ive exhausted all my options. Btw im based in the UK does your service work if i send it from the UK?

Hi Kali, We'd recommend sending it in for our water damage repair service. We'll test all the components and figure out exactly what is causing your issues. To process your order, you can simply send it to our repair facility, or call our mail-in center since you are out of the country.
