Q: Hi, do I include my SIM card with the phone for repair? Also what is the average success rate long term? And once received, how long does it take you all to begin working on it? I am considering sending it next day in/out but will be out of town when I it would potentially ship back unless it comes back to me by next Wednesday.

Hello, We do not need your SIM card. We carry a very high success rate in repairing water damaged devices. The devices that are repairable tend to stay working for the life of the device. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we'll be happy to help you out.
