We're in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Turnaround is usually 3 to 5 business days after it arrives, plus shipping each way. The headphone jack repair is currently $99.99. If you're outside the US, you'd arrange your own shipping both ways and any duties, but we're happy to look at it.
