Q: Hey guys I just wanted to know a few things, I took a dive in a pool with my iPhone and it was under for about a minute, I retrieved it and immediately took what I could off of it, and got the excess water out, and then have left it In rice for two days, (I have tried to charge it and turn it on for a short amount of time, a mistake I know) so I was wanting to know what you may do to say it, and how much does shipping cost to ship it to you guys, because I understand if you are unable to repair it, the shipping back is free. Just let me know, Thanks guys.

Hi, we run your phone through our thorough cleaning process. Shipping is included and you will only be charged for successful water damage repair service if we can power on the device to the point of being able to retrieve data.
