Q: Hello unfortunately someone puked(threw up) on my laptop. It no longer works or turns on.Does this water damage service cover that? Or will I have to pay an extra fee

Good Morning, The Laptop may have water damage. The water damage treatment does treat the cleaning of the computer. Since this would be a biohazard risk, there would be an additional fee, but to be sure, bring it into one of our repair centers to see what the damage is.
