Q: Hello, unfortunately I had juice spilled on my MacBook Pro 13 inch computer. After searching online I came across your site, and after reading about the services you provide, I feel that you may be able to help me. Before I proceed I have a general question about your billing process. From my understanding, the water/liquid damage repair service is $59.99 ( not including any additional repairs that may be needed). I noticed that there is an option to also get insurance for my Mac. For example, if I pay an additional $5 ( so the total price would be $64.99) I would receive $250 in insurance. Does the insurance ($250) I receive go toward any additional repairs that may be needed, in order to repair my computer ( for example if I needed a new logic board that cost $300), or does it go toward something else. Thank you

Hi. The additional insurance is for shipping your device. In the event that your package was lost or damaged by UPS your device would be covered for the amount insured. We offer free ground shipping and $100 worth of insurance. If you wish to add additional insurance it would be an extra shipping cost.
