Q: Hello, My iphone 7plus sometimes I cannot hear caller or the caller cannot hear me. Facetime is greyed out. When I reboot, it takes forever to power back up. I took it to apple and they told me that microphones are failing. I am not sure if that is reliable. Is this something you can fix and how much would it be? Thank you.
