Q: Hello, I need to have all of my data copied from my old iPod Classic 5th generation to a new iPod Classic 5th generation. Is this something that you do? Thanks.

Hello, we can definitely help! We'd recommend sending it in for our diagnostic service, along with a note stating what you'd like us to do.
