Q: Hello I just have a question about my iPad Air 2 model A1567. My screen is unresponsive. To the point where I had to do a hard reset via my computer to see if that was the problem and it still didn’t let me touch or click on anything still. What do you think the diagnosis is? And a estimate With pricing?Located in Nj

Your best plan is to send the iPad Air 2 for a diagnostic. It could need a new LCD assembly or there might be something else going on internally and we can't know for sure unless we see it and diagnose it. Diagnostics are free; we contact you with a repair quote that you can choose to approve before we proceed with repairs.
