Q: Hello! I jumped in the pool with my iPhone 6 in my pocket and it was fully Submerged for about 15 seconds. Are there high chances of still being able to save it?

Hello, when it comes to water damage there are many factors that go in to whether a phone will work or not such as how long was it in the water, what chemicals were in the water, was there power applied to the phone while there was still liquid inside? There's no way to tell if the phone will work and for how long it will continue to work until we clean out and dry the phone and test it. The best thing I would recommend would be to bring it in to one of our shops and have a technician take a look at it; the sooner the better. -Xavier
