Q: Hello. I have an iPod nano. The battery blew up and needs to be replaced. The battery popped the screen up a bit. The iPod only turns on now when plugged in, due to the battery blowing up. Is this something you can fix?

Yes. Stop charging it in the meantime. Send it under the free Nano 4th gen diagnostic; we'll replace the battery, check whether the screen took any damage, and quote before any work. No bench fee if you decline, just return shipping.
