Q: Hello! I have an iPhone X. The charger port and/or the battery is destroyed. The back of it is also very broken. The charger port in the back is visible from broken glass and I believe it got wet. It won’t turn on or light up at all. I just want my photos back! I’m here to inquire about the price of getting it fixed and options that I have to maximize my odds of getting them back from this broken phone. Thank you :)

Wow, sorry to hear your phone took such a beating. Since there are a couple of issues at work here, the best plan is to send it to us for a full diagnostic. We can't accurately quote until we receive the device. We do have a high success rate retrieving data from water-damaged devices, and we do offer discounts if multiple services are required. So please just check out either the water damage service for your iPhone X or the diagnostic. We will receive and inspect your device, and then give you a full repair quote. You can decide how you would like to proceed from there. Thanks for contacting iFixYouri.
