I have an Iphone 6S Plus where the CPU needs to be replaced. Would it be possible to replace the CPU without wiping out the data?

Also, I have an Iphone 5 where I accidentally disabled the phone after too many attempts. Would it be possible to recover the data?

CPU work is board-level and can put data at risk, so we can't promise the data survives. A disabled iPhone 5 isn't something a repair can unlock, so we can't recover data that way. If you want the 6S Plus looked at, send it in under this service and we'll test it first.
