Q: hello, I have a Microsoft surface pro 4 that is not powering up. I held the power button for 30sec with and without the volume button pressed and it does not power up. I also tried pressing the Alt, shft, window key, and B. also Alt, Shft, window, P and nothing. I also tried CPR and nothing. Do you have any idea what it can be and can you fix it?? I been reading that a resistor or a diode can be burnt out on the power supply card.
